7Duringoperation

Perform regular inspections during operation. Check the drives approx. ever y 50 operating

hours. Pay particular attention to:

ƒ Unusual noises

ƒ Excessively heated surfaces (during normal operation, temperatures can reach up to

140 °C).

ƒ Uneven running

ƒ Increased vibrations

ƒ Loose fixing elements

ƒ C ondition of the electrical cables

ƒ Obstructed heat removal

– Deposit build-up on the drive system and in the cooling channels

ƒ Check bellows for tightness

ƒ Check permanent lubrication and grease supply
