0 Switch on Controller status

0 = command 2, 6, 8 (controller inhibit)

1 = command 3 (controller inhibit)

1 Inhibit voltage Controller status

1 = command “voltage inhibit“ not active

2 Quick stop Controller status

0 = Command 7, 10, 11 (quick stop)

1 = Command “quick stop“ not active

4 RFG inhibit Inhibit of the ramp-funtion generator. Quick stop is activated without the controller leaving its status.
