The code defines timeouts and waiting times for the booting process of the Managing Node.

• The value "0" for subcode 2, 4, 5 deactivates the time-outs. The Managing Node waits for an indefinite period of

time. No error message is generated.

• The value "0" for subcode 3 deactivates the waiting time. After all expected Controlled Nodes have been detected

by the Managing Node, the Managing Node immediately changes to NMT_MS_PREOPERATIONAL_2.

Observe the following conditions:

• Subcode 1 must be lower than C13078

- values of all EPL nodes.

• Subcode 3 must be lower than subcode 2.
